I look forward to welcoming you to my home, Woodward Farm House, located in the quiet medieval village of Appleton le Moors, a gateway to the North York Moors.

The property, which dates back to the 1670's, was completely refurbished in 2024.  The charm and character of the building has been retained, with all plumbing, electrics, heating and internet newly installed. There are two new spacious double en-suite bedrooms and a relaxing breakfast-room/sitting room where guests can relax and unwind after a wonderful day out.

Woodward Farm House faces south west towards the Howardian Hills, an area of natural beauty, and offers a haven of comfort and luxury in the most picturesque of settings.  Located in the heart of Ryedale, and surrounded by the Moors to the north, Whitby, the well known fishing port, and the coast to the east, the Wolds to the south east, and the Yorkshire Dales to the west - it is the perfect location to explore Yorkshire's endless wonders, whether on foot, bike, horseback or motor.
